French altco neuf Cegetel is looking to purchase TradingCom Europe, a wholesale supplier of telecom minutes, reports business daily Les Echos, without citing sources. According to the paper, the telco has already signed an agreement with TradingCom’s current owners, thought to be worth in the region of EUR2 million (USD2.68 million).
