The Epson Stylus Photo RX650 printer is a multifunctional printer that can print up to A4 (borderless) size without the need of a computer. It is capable of printing, copying as well as scanning. It is a good choice for printing photographs. It is capable of giving 5760dpi photo-lab quality prints using ink droplets as fine as 1.5pico litre and scans at 3200dpi. Epson RX650 printer has six ink cartridges and each cartridge can be replaced individually when needed. It can copy a document, including a photo with special layouts. The different options available are: with border(3mm margin), borderless, CD copy(copy onto a CD label using the Auto-fit function), 2-up and 4-up copy (copies two or four originals on one sheet), repeat copy (prints a photo at actual size as many times as it fits on one sheet) and repeat copy 4, 9, or 16 (prints a photo multiple times on one sheet after resizing). The memory cards that are supported by the printer are CF, SmartMedia, All Memory Sticks, Microdrive, SD, MiniSD, MMC, xD. Behind facilitating a wide range of layout, it also supports the Digital Print Order Format(DPOF) included in many cameras. The printer’s infrared port will allow you to print from your mobile phone , if your mobile phone has an infrared feature. A very unique option of the printer is that it can print only the images that are cropped using the printer’s crop tool. The Epson RX650 printer can be used to copy pictures from a memory card to a USB storage device such as a zip drive, recordable CD-R/RW drive with USB connection, MO(magneto optical) drive or a USB flash drive, though all USB devices are not supported.
